All University of West London students have a free email account which can be accessed via the web.

Below xxxxxxxx represents your student ID number.

http://student-webmail.uwl.ac.uk
 

Your username is your student ID number.

Password - first login

Your email password is the same as you use to log on to the main student IT network when on campus.
If you have not yet changed your initial password on the student network, or at the kiosk, then use this password now to login to email.
Your initial password is based on your date of birth, as advised to you during enrolment

You will be prompted to change the password to one known only to you. You can then use this new password to access e-Direct, Student Email and the Student Network.
 

Password - subsequent logins

Use the password that you created the first time you logged in to the University student email system, or the student IT network, or at a kiosk. You will be prompted to change this password every 120 days.
